Andrology

The purpose of SIG Male Infertility is to provide children to couples where male factors are the cause of infertility, preventing them from having children. Natural conception relies on the union of normal sperm and eggs, ultimately leading to the birth of a child. Under the leadership of ASPIRE, we aim to undertake various initiatives in the field of male infertility, including the cryopreservation of a small number of sperm after Micro-TESE for non-obstructive azoospermia, non-invasive diagnosis of the sperm DNA integrity at ICSI, hormonal therapy for non-obstructive azoospermia, and the treatment of epigenetic abnormalities to improve the clinical outcomes of ROSI. This field is unique within the realm of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), as it requires collaboration among urologists, gynecologists, and embryologists, It is a field that that has not been deeply explored around the world. Through discussions with many individuals interested in this field, we aim to achieve highly precise treatments. We eagerly await your contributions based on your experiences and creative ideas.
