Since its inaugural congress in 2001, ASPIRE has continued to initiate new projects and events to raise awareness of infertility and ART and to improve the quality of infertility-related services in the Asia-Pacific region.
The 14th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2025) will be held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre, Singapore from 1 – 4 May 2025.
The aim of ASPIRE 2025 is reflected by the congress theme: Teaming Together: ASPIRE-Ing to Excellence as we firmly believe that successful team building is a most important key to further progress, leading to the delivery of an ever better standard of care. For that reason, we particularly welcome the participation of nurses and counsellors to interact with us in our congress to help us achieve our goal.
There will be a Bruno Lunenfeld Honorary lecture to be delivered by Professor Joop Laven on “Interrogation of Big (Genetic) Data and How It Changes Reproductive Medicine”, accompanied by 7 keynote lectures on various contemporary topics to be given by outstanding speakers who are experts in their own field. In addition, there are many more stimulating lectures in the pre-congress courses, concurrent sessions, how-to sessions and lively debates.
“We did not hold a live congress for 2 years during the COVID pandemic and I am sure many of us missed the face-to-face interactions during a congress. Singapore is ideally suited for all of us to meet again to renew our ties, friendship and connections. Participants from most countries do not require a visa for short stays and are able to have direct flights. The Local Organising Committee look forward to welcome you to a joyous reunion in Singapore.” Professor PC Wong, Chair, ASPIRE 2025 Local Organizing Committee.

The 13th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2024) will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Manila, Philippines from 23 – 26 May 2024. This annual congress is jointly organized by the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE) and the Philippine Society for Reproductive Medicine (PSRM).
The aim of ASPIRE 2024 is reflected by the congress theme: “Pearls of Wisdom in Reproductive Medicine: Towards Personalisation and Improving Access.” The scientific program promises to be exciting, with important topics presented by the most celebrated experts. It will also be ever more inclusive, with direct input from our two newly formed SIGs in Nursing and Counselling.
“We are designing an exciting scientific program with the most important topics which shall be presented by the most celebrated experts. Let us all emerge from the shackles of the pandemic and storm ASPIRE 2024 to its limits! Let us learn from the pre-congress courses, the keynote lectures, and your choice of simultaneous sessions. Visit our exhibits and network with colleagues. Present your groundbreaking papers! In between, get a taste of Philippine cuisine, embrace Filipino culture, and visit the best of Manila for tourism and shopping. Finally, if you have some extra days, tour the Philippines’ famous white-sand beaches and world-renowned heritage sites, and experience the Philippines as you have never done so before!” – Professor Virgilio Novero, Chair, ASPIRE 2024 Local Organizing Committee.
