Following the ASPIRE 2020 congress postponement announcement made in March 2020, the Executive Board of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE) have continously been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation in the Asia Pacific. We have also been communicating with all country representatives to find out the situation in the respective ASPIRE members’ countries.
Looking at how COVID-19 is developing, the Executive board have made a difficult decision to further postpone the 10th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction in Manila, Philippines. The decision was made in full interest of our participants health and safety.
The 10th ASPIRE Congress in Manila, Philippines will be deferred to Wed, 28 April – Sat, 1 May 2021 at the same venue – Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Manila, Philippines. Participants registered for ASPIRE 2020 will be contacted by our congress secretariat with more information.
While the congress is being postponed, the excellent scientific programme and great hospitality from Philippines stay the same. We hope all of you will continue to keep your commitments to ASPIRE 2021 in Manila, Philippines.
Thank you very much for your patience and continuous support to ASPIRE. This is a tough period for everyone and we encourage all of us to fight on in our spirits.
We look forward to welcoming you to Manila in 2021.
Keep safe and stay healthy
Best regards,
ASPIRE Executive Board
