Endometrial Factors in Recurrent Implantation Failure: Challenges and Future Prospects

Organised by ASPIRE Endometrium & Implantation SIG

Embryonic aneuploidy has been the focus as a cause of implantation failure for decades until recently when widely utilization of PGT-A to select for embryos with normal chromosome for transfer has shown that a significant portion of women still had implantation failure. Nowadays, there still are controversies to define “Recurrent Implantation Failure” to provide the direction for researches and management in this particular group of patients. For those with recurrent implantation failure especially after PGT-A, it has opened a new frontier to explore in the receptive organ, uterus. In recent years, there are many researches to evaluate endometrial factors to explain and open a new paradigm of recurrent implantation failure.

In the upcoming webinar, we will have the opportunity to listen to three distinguished speakers sharing their insights on the perspectives of thin endometrium, chronic endometritis, and the endometrial microbiome in relation to embryo implantation failures.

Date and Time: Thursday, 25 January 2024, 5pm – 6.30pm GMT+8
