Since its inaugural congress in 2001, ASPIRE has continued to initiate new projects and events to raise awareness of infertility and ART and to improve the quality of infertility-related services in the Asia-Pacific region.

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee, I am thrilled to welcome all of you in the field of reproductive medicine to The 16th Congress of the Asia-Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2027)! This exciting event will be held in the stunning port city of Yokohama, Japan, from 6 – 9 May 2027. Conveniently located just a 30-minute local train ride from the heart of Tokyo, Yokohama offers the perfect blend of culture and innovation.
Japan is a leader in reproductive medicine, hosting the second-largest number of IVF/ICSI cycles worldwide. The 15th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2026) is scheduled to take place at the China International Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing, China, from 7 – 10 May 2026.
Themed "Journeying the Silk Road of Reproductive Care," ASPIRE 2026 emphasizes our commitment to fostering communication and collaboration in reproductive medicine, drawing inspiration from the Silk Road's legacy of connecting diverse cultures and facilitating the exchange of knowledge.
The 2026 Congress will feature a comprehensive scientific program, including sessions on emerging special interest groups such as counselling and fertility nursing.
The 14th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2025) was successfully held from Thursday, 1 May 2025 – Sunday, 4 May 2025 at Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore.
The congress welcomed participation of 2047 delegates from 49 countries.
The Congress showcased latest developments in medically assisted reproduction through its extensive programme made up of Bruno Lunenfeld lecture, Keynote lectures, Scientific sessions, Debates, Controversies and meet the expert sessions.

The 13th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2024) was successfully held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Manila, Philippines from 23 – 26 May 2024.
The congress welcomed participation of 1236 delegates from over 40 countries.

The 12th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction was successfully held from 7 – 10 September 2023 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide, Australia.
The Congress welcomed participation of 1298 participants from 37 countries.
The programme featured 5 pre-congress workshops, 1 Bruno Lunenfeld Honorary Lecture, 7 Keynote lectures, 34 scientific sessions, 5 company symposia and over 300 scientific abstracts.

The 11th Virtual Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2022) was successfully held from Thursday, 28 April 2022 – Sunday, 1 May 2022.
The virtual congress welcomed participation of 1530 delegates from 43 countries.
Expert speakers from 28 countries gathered together and addressed cutting edge reproductive research, embryology and clinical treatments for infertility.

The 10th Virtual Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2021) was successfully held from 30 April – 1 May 2021 and 8 – 9 May 2021 virtually.
There were a total of 7769 participants from 116 countries.
The congress featured keynote lectures, scientific sessions, company symposia, meet the expert sessions as well as oral and poster presentations with a total of 126 faculty members.

The 9th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2019) was successfully held from 2 – 5 May 2019 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong.
There were 1,825 participants from over 49 countries including delegates, faculty members, exhibitors, sponsors and accompanying persons who attended the congress.
The congress featured plenary lectures, scientific sessions, company symposia, 7 pre-congress courses as well as oral and poster presentations with a total of 151 faculty members.
The commercial exhibition which ran concurrently over 3 days attracted 49 exhibitors and 9 sponsors.

The 8th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2018) was successfully held from 12 – 15 April 2018 at Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan.
Almost 1,474 participants from over 39 countries including delegates, faculty members, exhibitors, sponsors and accompanying persons attended the conference.
The congress featured plenary lectures, symposia, 3 pre-congress workshops as well as oral and poster presentations with a total of 79 faculty members.
The commercial exhibition which ran concurrently over 3 days attracted 47 exhibitors and sponsors.

The 7th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2017) was successfully held from 30th March to 2nd April 2017 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Almost 1,250 participants from over 37 countries including delegates, faculty members, exhibitors, sponsors and accompanying persons attended the conference.
The congress featured plenary lectures, symposia, 2 pre-congress workshops as well as oral and poster presentations with a total of 78 faculty members.
The commercial exhibition which ran concurrently over 3 days attracted 42 exhibitors and sponsors.
Delegates from all over the world were given the opportunity to network with colleagues from the region at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on 31 March 2017.

The 4th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2012) was held from 31 August to 2 September 2012 in Osaka, Japan.
The 3rd Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2010) was held from 9 – 11 April 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The 2nd Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2008) was held from 11 – 13 April 2008 in Singapore.
The 1st Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2006) was held from 31 March to 2 April in Changsha, Hunan, China.
